Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your Shifa Bowl, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to our return address (provided by support)
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll arrange a bank transfer or mobile wallet payment.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your bowl for a different design, please contact our customer support. We'll arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost if the request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bowl arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
